Welcome to the Strongman Clinic prsented by MDLP. This event will be hosted at Iron Knight Gym.
We will cover the following in 2 hours:
- activation and warm-ups
- sustainable programming paradigms
- applying the main movements and strongman into everyday workouts
- recovery, rehab, and sustainability for the spine
This will include hands-on technique work and some audience interaction with a Q&A session at the end.
Lunch will be served by Big Worm BBQ as part of your ticket price.
